The Kindred Story
Our Mission
KRP's mission is to Advance Our Shared Urban Experience by addressing the breakdowns and inequalities in the cost, location, and quality of housing options available to the members of our communities. Our firm’s name and our approach to business are simple, yet profound. It defines who we are, what we do, and how we do it.

Our Approach
Listen to the key stakeholders including local residents, community-based organizations, political leadership, investors, and the public realm to understand their goals, constraints, and concerns.
Design a creative solution for the proposed (re)development and/or (re)capitalization that draws upon over 10 years of interdisciplinary real estate experience.
Execute on the proposed strategy or solution by identifying and mitigating key risk factors, leveraging data analytics, and committing to a balanced distribution of the engagement’s costs and returns among stakeholders.
